Our room was lovely, comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was great. The grounds of the penguin house were lovely, well-maintained, and provided many outdoor options for sitting or eating outdoors.

Nice house with a pleasant well-kept garden, conveniently located to visit Bryce Canyon National Park (30min by car). Cozy, clean and spatious room. Useful heather that heats the bathroom up in few seconds. Free parking space.

We loved our stay! The house is perfectly situated and the self check-in process was very smooth (you enter the house, take your key and indicate what you would like for breakfast). The room was amazing, rustic style and had everything you need (fake fireplace, popcorn, kitchen etc.) The bed was very comfortable! We loved our breakfast as well, I had French toast (amazing !!) and my husband had omelette with butter bread and it was all delicious. The owners are very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend by all 10! The only minor minus is a missing mechanical lock to the room which can be opened only from the inside (as the main house door doesnt lock).

Very easy check in. Great facilities and super breakfast. Also had the option of a lunch pack if out for the day. Everything in the room that we needed plus a few little extras we werent expecting. Very nice homely feel to the place and the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable.

Very good breakfast Property very clean and quiet. Felt like your own home . Love the way the house was decorated. Pleasant smell in the rooms Loved staying in that property - it seems that the owner really cares that guests have everything they need even small details ( like disposable plates and utensils in the room )
